The Forty Fourth Inc. Return Policy

At The Forty Fourth Inc., we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.

Return Policy:

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

How to initiate a return:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
